Job description

What are you responsible for doing?

Capture inventory related data on master analysis sheet as per requireme
Ensure all data is captured timeously and accurately.
Checking and approving CRM cases
Assist stores with stock que
Escalate unique queries to the Inventory Administrator Team Leader for further investigation and process any changes required
Communicate all queries or concerns to the InventoryAdministrator Team Leader
Capture all data available through manual admin processes including but not limited to stock transfers and stock write offs

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Certificate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar an advantage
Minimum 1 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a data capture, stock administrator, inventory controller, or similar role
Experience in inventory audits and stock takes an advantage
Computer Literacy: Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables/ General) at Intermediate level
Working knowledge of inventory and or stock management
