We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intervention Team Agent to support store operations and ensure smooth resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve store-related issues promptly.
Manage communication with store management, including handling challenging calls.
Work efficiently across multiple programs, spreadsheets, and applications.
Support operational processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members while also working independently.
Requirements:
Background in store operations (preferred).
Proficiency with Google Suite and basic administrative tools.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities to work efficiently across multiple programs, sheets, and applications.
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Availability to work weekends (remotely).
