Intervention Pharmacist - JhbPosition:Intervention PharmacistPosition Purpose:Implementation of Aid for AIDS Clinical Guidelines for Medical Schemes and Corporate ClientsExperience:Two to three (2-3) years experience in HIV/AIDS Disease Management or Managed Health CareQualifications:BPharm and registered with the relevant health professions council.Generic Objectives:Specific deliverables:Operating Model:Accurately assess medicine benefit forms and process according to clinical guidelinesAssess pharmaceutical updates according to procedure and intervene where applicableCorrectly maintain and update patient profilesEnsure treatment plans are technically accurate and communicated with patients and doctors
