Job Description
iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, invites applications for a 12-month Sales Lending and Financing Internship aimed at motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in a supportive and professional environment. It will offer:
Key Learning Outcomes and Responsibilities
Process personal loans, vehicle financing applications and other iMasFinance products. Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions. Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability. Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships. Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals. Resolve complaints and manage customer service experience and service delivery. Establish and maintain relationships with members, stakeholders and dealerships. Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties. Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries. Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering.
Minimum requirements:
A Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related. Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential) Driver's license is advantageous
