Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Internal Sales Clerk
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, providing excellent service to the sales team to ensure smooth operations throughout.Duties & Responsibilities
Process customers orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and order confirmations. Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery schedules. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Liaise with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure correct & timely delivery. Capture and update customer information on the system. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Assist with stock availability check and backorder management. Learning the technical aspects of the products.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric(Grade 12) - a sales or business qualification is an advantage. Atleast 5 years experience in an Internal Sales/order processing role. Experience in the Electric Motor, variable speed drive, or gearbox industry will be an advantage. Strong computer literacy MS office. Pastel experience will be an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Package & Remuneration
R12,000 - R15,000 (p/month) depending on experience.
Pay: R12000,00 - R15000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
