Job Summary International Sales Manager - Luxury Property Group Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and results-driven International Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury property group. This is an exciting senior role for a proven sales professional with experience in luxury travel and hospitality, capable of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and representing the brand on a global stage. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a luxury travel or hospitality environment At least 2 years' proven Sales Management experience Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of luxury tourism products and Africa DMC services (advantageous) Exposure to international sales management, digital transformation, and e-commerce practices (advantageous) Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management Flexibility to travel extensively and work within a global team Professional, strategic, and results-driven approach Collaborative leader with ability to mentor and inspire teams Key Responsibilities: Pursue and exceed sales targets for both bed and DMC sales Develop and implement effective action plans to penetrate identified markets Lead and mentor market sales teams to enhance performance and communication Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations; follow up to secure and close deals Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Represent the brand at international sales and trade events Negotiate and secure new business opportunities in line with brand positioning Manage sales expenses within budget and monitor activity standards Support accurate financial and sales reporting processes Promote teamwork, cross-departmental collaboration, and compliance with company policies Package: Highly competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience Opportunity to grow your career within a globally recognised luxury property group To apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
