The ISO Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and supporting the implementation of Afrirent's
ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
and
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
across the group. The role ensures compliance, audit readiness, continual improvement, and alignment with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, maintain, and improve ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems
Manage ISO documentation, records, version control, and corrective actions
Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and certification processes
Monitor compliance with ISO standards, health and safety legislation, and internal policies
Support risk assessments, incident reporting, and non-conformance management
Coordinate ISO training, awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives
Compile ISO performance reports and support management reviews
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Quality, Safety, Risk, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in ISO, quality, OHS, compliance, or risk environments
ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification
SHERQ certification
Valid Code 08 driver's licence
Advantageous
Degree (NQF Level 7) in Quality, Safety, Risk, Environmental or Management Studies
Experience in multi-site or group-level ISO implementation
