RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced International Logistics Manager to join a leading Beverage Manufacturing company. As the International Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and logistics operations related to the company's international distribution. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the international transportation and logistics operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Manage logistics-related documentation, including shipping manifests, import/export documentation, and customs declarations
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and plan inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery of products
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts and service agreements
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in logistics and make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics management, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry
• Export & Import experience
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel as required
