International Coordinator

Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00


Location: Cape Town Century City or Bedfordview


Salary: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate international shipping and logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and shipping agents to manage and track shipments. Handle all documentation related to international shipping, including customs paperwork. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues as they arise. Collaborate with the internal team to maintain seamless operations and client satisfaction. Support the development and maintenance of relationships with international partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in logistics or shipping (Sea,Road and Flight) 2 to 3 years
