International Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Location: Cape Town Century City or Bedfordview
Salary: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international shipping and logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and shipping agents to manage and track shipments.
• Handle all documentation related to international shipping, including customs paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the internal team to maintain seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with international partners and stakeholders.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in logistics or shipping (Sea,Road and Flight) 2 to 3 years
