Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in the parts industry, automative, trucking or earthmoving.
Experience in managing an internal sales team and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in the English language and communication skills (reading, writing, grammar, spelling, etc.). Afrikaans proficiency would be preferred.
Strong mathematic skills.
Experience with an accounting package, specifically Pastel Evolution, is preferred.
Duties
Supervision of internal sales and support staff to meet set targets.
Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with company values.
Remain knowledgeable of key processes, product range, business initiatives and internal resources to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals.
Overseeing and maintaining the ticket system.
Ensure that quotations, sales orders and invoicing processes are functioning within the required timelines.
Telephone calls are promptly and professionally attended to.
Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Providing regular feedback where necessary.
Resolve any issues that may arise in respect of any return of goods.
Going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
Monitor and improve all internal sales related systems and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Provide product advice and support.
Procurement related functions.
Drafting various forms of correspondence.
