Internal Sales Representative
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Internal Sales Rep with a proven track record.
:
Excellent Customer Service ensuring client satisfaction.
Service walk in customers & telephonic sales.
Apply correct and latest price updates.
Attend to all quotation requests both telephonically and email with a same day turn-around time.
Inform client of promotions and specials.
Capture received orders on the same day ensuring correct order -product, pricing, and all relevant contact and delivery details.
Communicate deliveries to dispatch.
Communicate quality issues to production.
Communicate account enquiries to the Debtors department.
Credit note capturing
