Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and keep an active eye over key accounts
Initiating, planning and executing sales calls including cold calling
Ability to manage both internal and external sales including sales software system
Ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with in a professional and timeously manner
Communicate prices and increases to customers
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, potential new products/services
Keep up to date with product knowledge including best practices and promotional trends
Assist dispatch with customer orders
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience in the Hardware Store(2-3)
Computer literate
Salary: Market Related
