Effective handling of customer inquiries/ queries and liaising with clients telephonically and on emails including but not limited to an existing customer data base list
 Effective communication skills handling daily activities relating to transport contractors, logistics, procurement, and anything relating to enquiry
 Liaise effectively with managers regarding operational requirements on production/ product and sales levels etc. on daily basis
 Responsible for general sales administration requirements
 Quotes/ designing on CAD/ costing/order processing/warranty tracking/delivery tracking/cold calling register/budget tracking/daily workload reporting/daily prospect reporting/customer survey's
 Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
 Compliance to the SHEQ code of conduct and standards 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
 Matric
 Sales & Marketing Diploma
 Advance Excel Certificate
 3-5 years in similar position
 Construction costing 
 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
 Computer Literacy & proficiency in MS Office
 Strong MS Excel
 Knowledge of CAD
 Driver's license, self-reliant transport
 Exceptional customer service oriented and organized
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Technical minded and detail oriented
 Honest, energetic, approachable, target driven, effective, self-starter, team player with the ability to work independently within a pressurized environment
 Able to work overtime when required
