Minimum Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years Industry related Internal Sales Experience - applied skills. 2-3 years Customer Relationship Management Experience
Drivers Licence (Code EB) or better

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

MS Office Proficient Drivers Licence (Code EB) or better Obsessive attention to detail Analyse issues and solution driven. Cope well with pressure and tight deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities

Liaise with internal and external customers to develop a product solution. Utilizing instrument sizing and selection programs to determine specific product solutions as per customers' requirements. Where relevant source quotations for product from local and overseas suppliers Contact customer and advise of possible, beneficial alternatives to improve probability of successful sale. Check quote for technical accuracy and advise customer of any deviations from original RFQ. Generate pricing schedule aligned to processed RFQ. Pricing to be compiled as per updated price list. Create server folder containing all relevant correspondence. Copy the same data in CRM System Quotation to be emailed to customer. Structure submitted quote to elicit acknowledgement of receipt by customer. Update CRM with won and lost orders with justifications (where order is lost) Generation of internal order processing documentation Generation of works instruction forms as per Instrument & Valve Services requirements. Assist Order processing with purchase order specific technical queries. * Assist customers with customer order specific queries.
