Job Description
Exciting opportunity to work at ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for Internal Sales.
Key Performance:
- Advise technical information
- Must have great communication skills to properly explain and relate complex technical issues to customers with significantly less technical training.
- Follow up on back orders.
- Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
- Queries and general administration
- Up & Cross Selling including promotion of specials (to supply evidence and regularity)
- Relationship and co - operation with external and internal sales team and other departments
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Request stock and follow up with relevant departments
- Promote solar specials
- Assisting in retail store when required
- Answering incoming calls & mails
- Resolving issues and or queries
- Matric
- Accuracy in execution of tasks
- 3 years of sales experience
- Sales/Technical experience
