Job Description
Our Client is looking for a Candidate who is organized under pressure, thrives in high-growth environments, and can manage 10+ open roles simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job families
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently and effectively
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies
- 23 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, either agency or in-house
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing quality
- Strong communication skillswritten, verbal, and interpersonal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Retail Sector
- Must be able to travel nationally to all the various Branches.
- Valid drivers license
