Role Overview

The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for

sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires for key commercial roles

within the business, including Business Development Managers (BDMs), specialized digital marketers, and sales professionals.

This is a hands-on role focused on building pipelines, managing candidate journeys, and working closely with leadership to ensure we bring in the right people at the right time.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing and Recruitment

Proactively source candidates for BDM, digital marketing, and sales roles through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach. Manage job postings, advertising strategies, and employer branding across recruitment channels. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates for current and future roles. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Hiring Coordination

Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams. Support offer negotiations and onboarding handovers.
Process Development

Maintain and optimise recruitment systems, pipelines, and reporting. Recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and candidate experience. Contribute to the development of scalable recruitment processes as the company grows.
Ideal Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in internal recruitment, agency recruiting, or talent acquisition. Proven track record sourcing and hiring for commercial roles (BDM, digital marketing, sales). Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company to top talent. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and creative sourcing methods.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience recruiting for specialised digital marketing roles (e.g., SEO/SEM, performance marketing, funnel strategy). Understanding of sales cycles and business development functions. Exposure to fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R28000,00 - R34000,00 per month
