Your tasks
- We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care expert to lead our inside sales and support teams for freight Forwarding and logistics Industry.
- Min 5 years experience in the Freight Forwarding and logistics Industry
- Experience understanding of warehousing and distribution
- Knowledge in Customs procedures essential
- Sound knowledge on Incoterm's
- Exposure to finance
- Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Maintain and build strong client relationships
- Attention to detail
- Supporting the Sales Executive in visit organization and preparation, as well as escalation management
- Implementation of new business or business expansions
- Cold calling and identification of potential customers
- Responsibility for new (general) quotations (subsequent quotation updates to be handled by Customer Service)
- Organize meetings with potential customers for Sales Executive in line with target agreement
- Organize meetings with potential customers for Sales
- Creation of presentations
- Quality Focus
- Package will be discussed at interview
