As an Internal Auditor, you'll be an essential part of our financial and operational success. You will:

Conduct detailed and comprehensive internal audits to assess financial and operational controls, compliance, and efficiency.
Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance processes and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Assist in the development of audit plans and strategies to strengthen internal controls.
Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CIA certification is a plus).
Proven experience in internal auditing, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and auditing standards.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
