The Role

We are hiring an Internal Account Manager to support our sales team in South Africa. You will work closely with Account Directors, engaging with prospects and customers via phone, email, and in person. The role is office-based with occasional customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Liaise with vendors for quotes and deal registrations. Prepare and follow up on customer quotations. Track sales activities and performance metrics for reporting purposes. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to shared goals. Manage diaries and follow-ups efficiently. Support the Sales team with customer engagement and sales strategy.

Requirements

Self-motivated and eager to grow into an external sales role Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English Proficient in MS Office Team-oriented, open-minded, and enthusiastic Right to work in South Africa Ideally graduate level or above
