Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate references and all other checks.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects related to recruitment and human resources.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.
- Must have a 3-year degree or diploma in HR or related qualification.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- To be a team player.
