Job Description
If you are looking to step into real estate in one of the most booming real estate markets in the Western Cape, this is for you.
Core responsibilities would be:
Canvassing ( This is the main core of the business, you should not be afraid to pick up the phone)
Mandate presentations
Rental mandate presentations
Viewings
Closing of deals.
What you would need to be successful:
A phone
Stable WiFi connection for work at home days.
Vehicle and valid drivers license
Own Laptop
Must reside between the Langebaan and St Helena Bay area.
This is a financially rewarding position that requires hard work and perseverance. A lucrative commission based role with industry leaders who have exponential knowledge in Real estate, Investment and Construction.
