What You'll Do

Represent buyers, sellers, and landlords in property transactions across Cape Town and surrounds. Prospect for new clients through lead generation, referrals, cold calls, and networking. Conduct property valuations, showings, and open houses. Guide clients through the real estate process from initial consultation to closing. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients with professionalism and care. Stay current on local property market trends and property laws. Collaborate with a supportive team and tap into KW's globally recognized

MREA (Millionaire Real Estate Agent)

systems and models.

What You Bring

Valid South African Real Estate License (or we will help you attain one) South African ID or permanent work permit Reliable laptop & Smart phone Professional & Well Groomed Access to reliable transport High level of integrity, professionalism, and client service Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your own business Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable with technology, AI and social media tools Previous sales experience is an advantage (but not required - we train talent!)
