Office Administrator Intern

To provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to the management team by ensuring efficient office operations, professional coordination of meetings, accurate documentation, and effective follow up on action items. The role supports smooth day-to-day functioning of management activities.

Minimum Requirements



Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Matric (essential) Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant qualification in Office Administration / Secretarial / PA studies (advantageous) Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or PA role. Valid driver's licence and willingness to run work related errands Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Duties & Responsibilities



Administrative & Office Support




Provide full administrative support to the management team Manage office administration processes and ensure a well-organised work environment Maintain adequate levels of stationery, office supplies, and refreshments Liaise with suppliers and place orders as required Ensure office facilities, meeting rooms, and common areas are prepared and presentable

Meeting & Diary Management




Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings for management Prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and book venues when required Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them timeously Track, follow up, and report on outstanding action items

Personal Assistant Duties




Assist management with diary management and appointment scheduling Arrange lunches, internal functions, and ad-hoc meetings Run errands as required, including offsite tasks (valid driver's licence required)

Communication & Coordination




Act as a professional point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communication professionally Follow up with relevant parties to ensure deadlines and commitments are met

Reporting & Presentations




Prepare professional presentations, reports, and documents for management Ensure documents are accurate, well formatted, and aligned with company standards * Assist with compiling information for meetings and management reports
