What this job involves

This is an internship for one year with the Design team on live projects. The work will involve all aspects of services provided but will be working closely with one of the Senior Project / Commercial Managers on a package of works.

• Minuting meetings and creating agendas.
• Participate in update meetings, client meetings, designer/contractor meetings, shadows and learning, scheduling, permitting, and workshops.
• Contribute to the successful execution of other research initiatives as needed.
• Any other task requested by the line manager.
• Producing presentation material, for example, Powerpoint presentations, rendered floor plans, and short animations - all with a strong focus on the graphic design elements to assist in conveying the concept of the overall design.

Good working knowledge of the following software:

• Revit
• Photoshop
• Enscape
• Sketchup
• Powerpoint

Required qualification:

A relevant industry degree/diploma in either architecture, interior design, graphic design or multimedia design. Required to work on-site

• Strong analytical background with attention to detail
• Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks
• Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
• Willingness to take on new challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Be capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback

A relevant industry degree/diploma in either architecture, interior design, graphic design or multimedia design

• Knowledge and understanding of the engineering/construction industry
