• As part of the Inside Sales team, you will be in daily contact with numerous customers from Research organizations, Start-Up companies or public institutions. Your engagement and level of commitment will ensure that our clients will get the right selection of products that will fit their current and future needs. Your guidance will help navigate them through our organization and processes and receive the best support which will ensure they are on their way to reaching their goals.

A day in the Life:

• SFDC xe2x80x93 Monitoring & Clean Up
• Monitoring of Open Orders
• Tender & RFQ xe2x80x93 on time completion, sign off and delivery.
• Permit Support to team
• Quoting of Customers
• Follow up on Customer quotes to feed pipeline and order creation.
• Events: Demo Instruments & Shipping of congress goods
• Demo Instrument Management
• Participation in Marketing Events
• Stock List xe2x80x93 monitoring of minimum stock levels.

Keys to Success:

Education

• Academic degree (minimum BSc) in biology / life sciences disciplines or related field

Experience

• Relevant technical and scientific background
• Extensive knowledge of qPCR, sequencing, and/or microarray is preferred.
• Good verbal and written command of English (technical) language.
• Driverxe2x80x99s license
• There is the possible need to participate in congresses over weekends.
