Intern Communications & Graphic Design
Job Description
Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for visual design and digital communication? We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic intern to join our Communications team and help us bring our brand, stories, and projects to life.
The chosen candidate will need to:
Assist with layout, design, and formatting of internal and external newsletters
Prepare visuals for invitations, certificates, banners, and other FEDSAS-branded materials
Maintain a standardised visual identity across newsletters and internalcommunication outputs
Assist with basic content editing, checking links and layout consistency
Help streamline the storage of design elements and templates on the shared drive
Characteristics:
Final-year student or recent diploma graduate in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Canva
Strong visual and written communication skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving
