Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate Travel Consultant for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 with 2+ years' experience in a travel consultant role
- N6 / Diploma in Tourism
- Good communication ability
- Knowledge of GDS Systems (Amadeus and Galileo) and QTrav
- Managing and coordinate travel arrangements for clients
- Providing expert knowledge of travel options
- Building and maintaining relationships with travel suppliers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records
