Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 with 2+ years' experience in a travel consultant role
N6 / Diploma in Tourism
Good communication ability
Knowledge of GDS Systems (Amadeus and Galileo) and QTrav
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
Managing and coordinate travel arrangements for clients
Providing expert knowledge of travel options
Building and maintaining relationships with travel suppliers
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints
Maintain accurate records
