INTERMEDIATE TRAVEL CONSULTANT
EAST LONDON
Our client, a well-established travel agency is seeking an Intermediate Travel Consultant to manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients.
INTERMEDIATE TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Minimum skills and experience required:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a travel consultant
- Diploma or N6 qualification in tourism or related field
- Proficient in GDS systems - Amadeus and Galileo
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodation, and transfers
- Provide expert advice on travel options and destinations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, quotations, and client information
- Keep up to date with travel regulations, promotions, and industry trends
