Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Ideal for qualifying candidates with travel experience - who have travelled themselves.
- The client deals worldwide, so international product knowledge is very welcome.
- Travel & Tourism certificate
- Amadeus or GDS knowledge and an understanding of airfare rules
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- 3-5 years travel industry experience in a retail or tour operator environment is essential with a proven record of reaching sales targets
- Practical experience with compiling travel packages and creating costings
- MS Office experience
- Good geographical knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of the reservation process from input to output (end to end)
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
