Intermediate Software Developer
Job Description
The core mission for this role is to move beyond mere code production and become an integral part of digitizing and enhancing the client journey. You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-value software solutions that directly impact both client experience and internal efficiency. This is not a maintenance role; it's a position for a developer who wants to take ownership, solve complex problems, and deliver tangible business value through quality technology.
To achieve these objectives, you will need to have a demonstrated history of the following:
- Core & Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant BCom / BSc degree or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3-4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience working within an Agile or Scrum framework.
- Demonstrated Experience:
- Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications using the .NET framework, particularly C#,
- Verifiable experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful services.
- Practical understanding of DevOps principles, including building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (PaaS) and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes is highly advantageous.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a history of taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
