We're looking for an Intermediate Developer to join the tech team behind one of South Africa's top logistics and eCommerce brands. You'll help build and enhance the platforms that power CRMs, mobile apps, international eCommerce, and ERP systems-all while learning from senior engineers and working across the full development lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL BE BUILDING?
Web, desktop, and mobile applications tied to operations, tracking, and customer experience
CRM and eCommerce platforms supporting parcel delivery and business intelligence
APIs and dashboards for real-time reporting, logistics workflows, and automation
Backend services integrated with analytics, finance, and ERP systems
Systems where performance, uptime, and data accuracy matter every day
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
Technical Expertise:
3-5 years of software development experience
Proficient in one or more of: Java, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript
Experience with frameworks like .NET, Laravel, React, Angular, Vue
Solid database skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
Comfortable working with APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) a plus
Problem-Solving & Ownership:
Takes initiative on small-to-medium features and tasks
Interested in improving legacy systems and building new capabilities
Can work independently while knowing when to pull in help
Collaboration & Communication:
Works well with product, ops, and tech teams
Clear communicator, comfortable in a hybrid or remote team
Eager to learn and grow under experienced mentorship
YOUR REWARD
Salary range: R400 000 - R550 000 per annum
13th Cheque: Eligible upon completion of 12 months of service * Annual Leave: 15 days
