You will own full-cycle delivery of business and technology implementations, particularly process automation and system implementations, from discovery and planning through configuration, integration, and post-live support. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical team members, and business analysts to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional business projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and issues while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure effective communication and engagement.
Drive business readiness and change adoption in partnership with Skilled Team members and Business Owners.
Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on project performance, benefits realization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior stakeholders, including divisional executives.
Utilize JIRA and Microsoft Suite for project tracking, reporting, and presentations.
Apply business acumen to understand project context, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes.
Prepare and present project updates to steering committees and executive leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 an advantage.
3 to 5 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience with business process improvement and digital transformation.
