Required Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI, and Logic Apps.
Develop custom connectors and integrate with external systems and APIs.
Automate business processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
Collaborate with all levels of employees to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and custom solutions.
Implement document management and collaboration features aligned with business needs.
Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Work closely with the Product Manager and IT Product Owner to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users and promote adoption of digital tools.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, and REST APIs
Experience with SAFe agile methodology and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
