Our client, a well-established technology company at the forefront of providing world-class payment aggregation and secure payment solutions, is seeking an Intermediate Developer to join their growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As an Intermediate Developer, you will play a key role in the technical integration of new clients into the systems. Your responsibilities will encompass development testing, fixing, and maintaining the current system, as well as enhancing the existing functionality and designing and developing new functionalities. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling query resolution as part of 3rd line support, ensuring system security, and conducting audits. You will also be expected to contribute to improve development techniques and processes.

Required Technical Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have tertiary or equivalent training in software development, computer science, or engineering, along with 3-5 years of relevant development experience. Proficiency in Java, both Standard and Enterprise Editions, as well as Spring Boot, is essential. Strong SQL skills with MS SQL Server/Postgres are a must. You should be familiar with development workflows using Eclipse/Netbeans IDEs, Maven, and GIT, and have experience working in a continuous integration and testing environment. Knowledge of OpenAPI protocols is also necessary.

Advantageous Technical Skills and Experience:
While not mandatory, exposure to financial transaction processing systems and multi-threaded, high volume real-time systems will be advantageous. Experience in Postilion development skills, specifically source/sink node development, will be a plus. Participation in Agile methods like Scrum/Kanban and familiarity with front-end development using the Angular framework will also be considered favourably.
