Job Description
Required Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in software development, computer science, or engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant development experience
- Proficiency in Java (Standard & Enterprise Editions), and Spring Boot
- Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server/Postgres)
- Experience with development tools: Eclipse/NetBeans, Maven, and Git
- Familiarity with continuous integration and testing environments
- Knowledge of OpenAPI protocols
- Exposure to financial transaction processing systems
- Experience with high-volume, multi-threaded real-time systems
- Postilion development (source/sink node development)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Front-end development experience using Angular framework
- Technical integration of new clients into systems
- Development testing and quality assurance
- Fixes and maintenance on existing systems
- Enhancing current functionality
- Designing and developing new features
- Resolving complex technical queries (third line support)
- Ensuring system security and compliance with audits
- Improving development techniques and processes
