Intermediate Data Engineer
Job Description
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms in a cloud environment.
Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Apply best practices for data modeling, warehousing, and data quality assurance.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and data quality issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering standards and practices.
Innovate by identifying automation opportunities and implementing new tools or technologies.
Publish frequently, iterate fast, and improve based on feedback and learning.
5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in data platform or service engineering teams.
At least 2 years working in a modern cloud technology environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated track record of driving impact and investing in personal and professional development.
Strong experience in building scalable data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data services.
Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python/Scala, Spark, and cloud-native data platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement and innovation
