Job Title: Interior Designer & Visual Designer - Fitness Gyms

We are an exclusive licensee of a leading brand in fitness equipment, redefining fitness spaces for both personal and commercial use. With a commitment to quality, innovation, and aesthetics, we design some of the best gyms in the world, outfitted with cutting-edge equipment. We're looking for a dynamic Interior Designer & Visual Designer who shares our passion for fitness and can bring a unique, creative touch to our projects. As a small team of 25, we operate independently but closely align with the ethos of our brand. This role offers the opportunity to build custom gym equipment and spaces for athletes, showcasing the story of how they train.
Position Overview:
This is an entry-level role with a unique niche: designing fitness spaces and telling the story of how athletes train through branded equipment. You will be responsible for creating exceptional gym environments, whether for direct-to-consumer clients, retail partners, or large-scale facilities like universities. The role involves designing layouts and producing marketing decks, with a strong emphasis on architectural shots, gym renderings, and product branding. You'll use tools like Fusion 360 or Icon to render gym designs and produce visual assets that bring your designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:

• Interior Design:

• Create functional and visually stunning fitness spaces using tools such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, and SketchUp.
• Develop layouts and 3D renderings for gym environments that optimize space, flow, and aesthetic appeal, particularly focusing on gym equipment and athlete-centric branding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize designs based on individual or business needs.
• Work on larger-scale projects, such as university gyms and commercial fitness spaces.
• Visual Design & Branding:

• Assist in creating presentation materials, including compelling pitch decks, mood boards, and visual assets that showcase the gym spaces you design.
• Design product technical sheets and marketing collateral to support sales and branding efforts.
• Support graphic design initiatives, ensuring cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
• Build out and present gym designs to potential clients, retail partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring the designs align with the brand ethos.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing interiors, preferably fitness or commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Fusion 360, and SketchUp.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools for graphic design.
• A passion for fitness and familiarity with gym equipment layouts and branding.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
