Interior Designer Needed for Interior Design Company based in Sandton, Wellness Designer for designing of exclusive Hospitality Projects, Health Centres and Gyms

The Company is seeking a talented and experienced Wellness Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating CAD floor layouts and rendered designs for gym proposals, high-end homes, hotels, corporate wellness centers, and commercial gyms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Salary of R18 0000 - R30 000 Gross per month, depending on the Candidate's current salary, skills, experience, qualifications, etc (MARKET RELATED!)

Job Title: Interior Designer/Wellness Designer

Company Overview: Leading design firm specializing in wellness design for high-end residential homes, hotels, corporate wellness centers, and commercial gyms. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and functional spaces that promote health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CAD floor layouts and rendered designs for gym proposals, high-end homes, hotels, corporate wellness centers, and commercial gyms
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives
• Present design concepts to clients and make revisions as necessary
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Attend site visits and coordinate with contractors and vendors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in wellness design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of gym equipment and design standards a plus
