MAIN DUTIES:
Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, manage stock
Build productive relationships with customers by providing advise and selling to customers in the showroom
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a very good knowledge of curtaining
Must be social media savvy
At least 5 years sales experience in a furniture retail environment
An interior design qualification will be an advantage
Experience of coordinating the operational aspects of a furniture & decor store is essential
Good administration & PC/systems skills
Very reliable, energetic and sales driven
Own reliable transport
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Good telephone etiquette
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Good presentation
Excellent customer service and after sales service
Professional with good business etiquette
Knowledge how to Calculate fabric for Curtains etc
