Position Summary

We are seeking an

Interior Architect or suitably qualified Project Architect

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will bring strong technical capability and refined design sensibility to high-end hospitality and residential projects, contributing across all project phases--from concept development through detailed documentation and site implementation. While the role includes exposure to FF&E coordination, the primary focus is on

interior architecture, technical resolution, and design delivery

Key Requirements

Master of Interior Architecture (MIntArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch)

Minimum

5 years' professional experience

on high-quality residential and/or hospitality projects Strong architectural and interior detailing experience, including joinery, finishes, and construction documentation Solid working knowledge of

FF&E coordination

within luxury environments (experience beneficial but not primary) Advanced technical proficiency in

Revit

, with strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Proven ability to produce

clear, coordinated, and high-quality technical documentation

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across consultants, suppliers, and internal teams Clear communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach
