Job Overview
A leading dealership in Umhlanga is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Consultant to join their team.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven and professional individual with strong finance and insurance experience within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging vehicle finance and insurance products, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Arrange finance and insurance solutions for vehicle purchasers
• Liaise with financial institutions and insurance providers
• Ensure compliance with all F&I regulations and dealership policies
• Prepare and process finance and insurance documentation
• Maximise finance penetration and value-added product sales
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Achieve departmental targets and profitability objectives
Minimum Requirements
• Qualified and experienced F&I Consultant
• Previous automotive dealership F&I experience
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Matric certificate
• Traceable references
• Clear criminal record and ITC
