Job Description

A busy franchised dealership in Randburg is looking to appoint two experienced and qualified Motor Mechanics / Technicians to join their growing workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified technicians with franchised dealership experience who are passionate about delivering quality workmanship while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles.
Carry out repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
Complete job cards and repair reports correctly.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain workshop equipment and comply with health and safety procedures.
Work closely with the Service Department to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Motor Mechanic / Technician (Trade Test essential).
Previous experience within a franchised motor dealership.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
Valid driver's licence.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R16,000 – R25,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
