Spa Operations Manager Limpopo (live In)
Job Description
*5 Game Lodge & Spa based in Limpopo 100km from Lephalale is looking for an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to manage the Spa. Experience in Spa management will be required and knowledge in marketing will be beneficial. Salary is market related and negotiable depending on experience.
The candidate will be required to:
Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be sales and target driven and must be able to motivate therapists to reach targets
Must have excellent product knowledge of various spa products
Requirements:
Must be computer literate
Must lead by example
Must be an excellent salesperson
Have a strong record of training and leading people
Must have at least 5 years Spa Management experience
Must be proactive & always look for new opportunities to increase the overall wellness of the spa
Must be able to live-in
