Job Description

A busy franchised dealership in Ballito is looking for a friendly, bubbly, well-presented Junior Customer Relations Manager to join their customer experience team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring every customer enjoys a positive dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Follow up with customers regarding their dealership experience.
Assist in monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate customer communication and appointments.
Support dealership marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, reception, CRM, or the motor industry will be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, professional, and confident.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
Computer literate.
Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
