Agricultural / Farming Automotive Sales Executive – Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal (Full-Time)
Job Overview

A well-established franchised dealership in Ballito is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Agricultural / Farming Automotive Sales Executive to join their successful sales team.

This unique opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong agricultural or farming background who enjoys building long-term relationships within the farming community. Previous automotive sales experience is not essential, as full product training will be provided. The dealership is looking for someone with excellent people skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business within the agricultural sector by calling on farmers, attending agricultural shows, farmers' days, auctions, and other farming events to promote the dealership's vehicles and services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the farming and agricultural community.
Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
Attend agricultural shows, farmers' days, auctions, and industry events.
Promote and sell new vehicles while achieving monthly sales targets.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales administration and dealership records.
Minimum Requirements
Agricultural or farming background is essential.
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
Passion for working with the farming community.
Previous sales experience is advantageous; automotive sales experience is not required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
Valid driver's licence.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R11,500 – R15,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
