Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Strategic PMO with planning, monitoring, and reporting on integration activities.
Coordinate inputs from Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Develop and maintain integration project trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and workstreams to ensure progress against the integration plan.
Support change management and communication initiatives to ensure smooth transition.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholders
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and structured approach to work.
Collaborative team player with the ability to operate across diverse functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
2-5 years' experience in project management, business integration, or consulting.
* Experience in M&A integrations or business transformation projects (advantageous).
