Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 15 professionals (Integration & RPA), ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Integration Architecture & Delivery

• Guide the team in establishing and implementing effective integration patterns and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise architects to ensure alignment of integration solutions with the broader technology strategy.

• Solutioning & Execution

• Act as a thought leader in selecting the right integration vs. automation strategies per business case.
• Front-run the book of work to ensure data is integrated and available for advanced analytics and Agentic AI applications.

• Automation Oversight

• Provide strategic direction for RPA initiatives using UiPath and an in-house solution (Abbot).
• Ensure automation and integration efforts complement each other for maximum business value.

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with business, product, and operations stakeholders to understand integration and automation needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and robust integration solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership in managing integration teams in a banking or financial services environment.
• Deep understanding of integration architecture and hands-on experience with tools such as:

• MuleSoft
• Jitterbit
• IBM DataPower

• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Debt Manager, and other core banking systems.
• Experience in solutioning integration patterns and making trade-offs between integration and RPA.
• Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath and custom automation solutions.
• Familiarity with preparing data pipelines to support AI/ML/Agentic AI initiatives.
• Ability to manage delivery across multiple projects with shifting priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Honours or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certification in MuleSoft or relevant integration technologies is advantageous.
• Experience in scaling a newly formed integration or automation team is a plus.
